Data we process
- Contact form: the name, email address and message you submit.
- Technical logs: IP address, browser/user-agent and pages requested, generated automatically to operate and secure the site.
- Analytics: aggregate usage data, only if you accept analytics cookies.

Who we share it with
We share data only with processors who act on our instructions: Vercel Inc. (hosting) and Resend (transactional email). Some processors may handle data outside the EEA; where they do, transfers are covered by the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. We never sell personal data.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact; security logs for up to 12 months; analytics according to the analytics provider's settings. We delete or anonymise data once it is no longer needed.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right of access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time (Art. 7(3)), which does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. To exercise any of these rights, email info@perpetuum.ventures; we respond within one month (Art. 12(3)). You also have the right to lodge a complaint (Art. 77) with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données), Drukpersstraat 35, 1000 Brussels, contact@apd-gba.be.
